Happy 11th Birthday Son!!

T  is for the big toothy grin, with this you let everyday begin,

Y  is for the yellow sun, when it was out we would have so much fun,

L  is for love, you have so much I can still feel it from above,

E is for your energy, you really loved to play, you would last all day,

R is for reading, remember that? I would read you stories while you sat on my lap,

 

K is for the kite, we flew it so high in the bright blue sky,

O is for outside, you would stomp in mud, or simply collect bugs,

W is for walks in the woods, teaching you to be a man like a father should,

A is for the grades in school, you showed the teachers you were no fool,

L is for listening, to your laugh, there isnt a single sound in the world that could replace that,

C is for cat, furry animals to love, you always had that,

Z is for the Z's when with daddy you did sleep, sometimes kicking me with you feet,

Y is for young, because you will always be, forever young inside my memories,

K is for kid, this you will always stay, I love you so much son, have a happy 12th birthday!!

 

LOVE YOU MORE TODAY THEN YESTERDAY, but not as much as tomorrow...   `dad
